Luxury Charcuterie Sharing Platter

Instructions

1. Prepare the base

Select a large wooden board or serving platter.

Allow all meats to come to room temperature before serving.

2. Arrange the charcuterie

Gently fold and layer the Iberico ham for a natural, flowing look.

Arrange the lomo and salchichón in loose folds or small stacks.

3. Add cheese & accompaniments

Place burrata or mozzarella in the centre.

Add olives, grapes or figs, and cornichons around the board.

Scatter roasted nuts if using.

4. Finish with oil

Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over the cheese.

Add a very light pinch of sea salt and optional black pepper.

5. Serve

Add slices of sourdough or crackers to the board or on the side.

Serve immediately and enjoy at a relaxed pace.

Ingredients (serves 2–4)

Iberico bellota ham DOP reserva (hand sliced, 80g)

Sliced lomo iberico de bellota (80g)

Sliced salchichón iberico de bellota (100g)

1 burrata or fresh mozzarella

1 handful olives (green or mixed)

1 small bunch grapes or figs

1 jar cornichons or pickles

2–3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Crusty sourdough or artisan crackers

1 handful roasted nuts (optional)

Sea salt (very light)

Black pepper (optional)
