Truffle Oil Fries (Truffle Parmesan Chips)

Instructions

1. Prepare the chips

Cut potatoes into fries (or use frozen for speed). Rinse and dry well.

2. Cook

Fry or bake until golden and crispy.

3. Season

While hot, add salt and a little black pepper.

4. Finish (key step)

Drizzle lightly with white truffle oil. Toss gently.

5. Serve

Sprinkle Parmesan over the top. Add parsley if you want a bit of colour.

Ingredients (serves 2–3)

500g potatoes (Maris Piper or similar)

1–2 tbsp white truffle oil

40g Parmesan (finely grated)

Salt

Black pepper

Fresh parsley (optional)
